On display at Newark Air Museum. Painted as a US Air Force U-3A “Blue Canoe”, the military version of the Cessna 310 twin engine transport.
The type first flew in 1953 & production began the following year for the civilian market. In 1957 the USAF selected it for service as a light administrative liaison, cargo & utility transport. Originally designated L-27A, then changed to U-3A.
