    Recently National decided to bring three B744(BCF)s out of retirement at Pinal. Eventually they probably would have been scrapped, but National saved them. This particular airframe is the second of those three, and is an Ex-Cathay Cargo bird. Here we can see the more simplistic white livery from National. They chose this scheme for these birds so they could enter service ASAP to meet sudden increase in cargo demand due to COVID-19. These photos show N702CA performing a go-around over runway 04 in San Antonio after coming back from a test flight which lasted several hours. After this go-around occurred the pilots did one more lap in the pattern and then brought her back in for runway 04, left traffic
