The first 10 Grumman Schweizer G.164G were received in 1974 and equipped the 359 Public Services Air Support Squadron, while a second order in 1976 added 12 more to the fleet. The greek model was the Super Ag-Cat, with the Pratt & Whitney R-1340 engine and tanks capable of carrying 1893 liters of water. The Ag-Cat was used extensively for crop dusting and fire fighting until 2011, when it was retired. (Source: www.HAF.gr)
