One of Eastern Airways’ handful of BAe Jetstream 41 turboprops accelerates along Runway 20 at Southampton Airport, departing back north to their Leeds Bradford base with T3605.

Introduced to service in late 1992, the Jetstream 41 is a stretched, modernised development of the Jetstream 31/32 regional aircraft series, with most all being completely redesigned from its predecessor.
Seating a maximum of 29 passengers, and flying with two Garrett TPE331-14 turboprops – one of the highest-powered variants of the engine – Humberside-headquartered Eastern’s fleet of Jetstream 41s is the largest left flying in the world.
